The Villa

• Villa Mogador is a detached holiday rental in Andalusia with private, underwater illuminated swimming pool of 36 m². The villa is beautifully furnished and has 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 x with sea views), two with 1 double bed each and one with 2 single beds, so that there is convenient place for up to 6 people. For the little ones we will gladly provide you with a cot. Also a high chair is available. There are 2 beautifully tiled bathrooms and a guest toilet.

•The outdoor area of ​​Villa Mogador includes the large private pool, the furnished terrace with dining table and a private garden of 250 m² with plenty of space for sunbathing und relaxing.

•The master bedroom also has its own terrace with sunbeds. There is a basketball hoop for the children and an American gas BBQ for the adults on the BBQ terrace.

•The holiday rental is located below the national road and to the lovely beach "Playa de Pozuelo" in Almuñécar it is only 500 meters, so you can leave your car at home. Many more beaches join left and right. All beaches feature several restaurants and chiringuitos, the popular tapas bars for which the area is so famous. Only here, on the Costa Tropical in Andalusia, the delicious little snacks are still free to drink, so that a discovery tour along the beach promenade can be a wonderful evening activity.

•Back at the holiday rental you can end the evening in the beautifully decorated private bodega bar of the house. There is a cozy sitting area, a table football and a bar for private convivial evenings. In the winter months, the heat pump and 2 open fireplaces provide cozy warmth and in summer you can enjoy the air conditioning in the salon and master bedroom.
