The Holiday Villa
This charming detached holiday villa is a romantic paradise! Situated in a beautiful location on picturesque Monte de los Almedros (the "almond hill"), it offers fantastic panoramic views to the nearby Mediterranean sea. From Monte de los Almendros it is only 5 minutes drive to the long beach of Salobreña on the Costa Tropical in Andalusia, which is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol.

Comfortable Bedrooms
On ground floor there are the 3 spacious bedrooms: 1 x with double bed and 2 x with 2 single beds each. All bedrooms offer large wardrobes and each has its own private and modern bathroom with shower, sink and wc. 2 bedrooms have direct access to the garden or the terrace.

Living Area and Kitchen
On the upper floor a spacious entrance opens to the living-dining room with high-quality Andalusian antiques, satellite TV and fireplace. The kitchen offers nearly all modern comforts with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer. Villa Las Algaidas has a modern air conditioning system, so you can keep the house pleasantly cool in summer and comfortably warm in winter.


Pool and Summer Kitchen
The holiday villa offers plenty of privacy and a private infinity pool of 8 x 4 meters, with Roman steps and stunning views to the nearby Mediterranean Sea. At the private pool there are 6 comfortable loungers and big cushions to relax and enjoy the great views of the nearby beaches of Salobreña.

There is a garden house with summer kitchen adjacent to the pool terrace where you can wonderfully relax from everyday stress. The dining and relaxation area is shady and covered and has also sea view. White basket furniture, an electric BBQ, an induction hob and a small dishwasher are available for your comfort. At pool level there is a guest WC with sink, a wardrobe room and a lobby with a library and a piano.

Per week 100 kWh electricity are included, which is usually sufficient for normal use. Only a higher consumption is calculated with 25 cents / kWh. -- all further charges included --

Salobreña and Monte de los Almendros

The location of Villa Las Algaidas on Monte Los Almendros not only offers a magnificent view of the sea and surrounding sights, but also the privilege of being close to many of the most picturesque and enchanting historical destinations of Andalusia. It is just a short walk to the public sports facilities of Monte de los Almendros, with free access for our guests.

18-hole Los Moriscos Golf Club with lovely restaurant is only five minutes away by car. Sierra Nevada Ski Resort "Sol y Nieve", Spain's highest and best-known ski area, is 90 minutes away. Outside the ski season, the beautiful mountains of the Sierra Nevada are ideal for hiking and picnics.

The historic city of Granada, with its magnificent Alhambra Palace, can be reached in less than an hour via an excellent motorway. The picturesque villages of the Alpujarras, where you can still experience the original craftsmanship of the Andalusian region, are only 40 minutes' drive from Salobreña.

Salobreña enjoys the warmest and sunniest winter in Europe and probably also the most beautiful summer in Andalusia. The microclimate is made possible by the nearby mountain chain of the Sierra Nevada, which shields the region of the Costa Tropical from the extremes of the summer heat and winter colds of the continent.

Another plus is Salobreñas authentic Spanish culture. Andalusian traditions are not only alive on holidays but also in everyday life. Even the charming tradition of serving tapas with every drink is still there in most bars.
