A spacious and detached vacation rental villa in Andalucia, located on a green hill in the quiet and prestigious residential area of "Cotobro" in Almuñecar on Costa Tropical.

With 3 double bedrooms (1 bedroom with air-conditioning), 2 bathrooms with shower the holiday Villa Montana offers accommodation for up to 6 people.

Villa Montana has splendid panoramic views to the Mediterranean and the close-by beaches of Almuñecar.

There is a private sheltered pool and secluded terraces with wonderful sea view, ideal for BBQ evenings and alfresco dining.

The kitchen is modern and well-equipped – with inbuilt oven, hob, microwave and washing machine – and opens to the spacious living/dining room with comfy sofa, satellite TV and CD player. Internet access is available on request.

A parking place is at the house.

The next beach is within 5 minutes by car and it is a 10 minutes drive to the city of Almuñecar with many shopping facilities, Spanish and international restaurants and other places of interest.

A local agency will meet and greet you and be available for advice (contact persons speak English, French, German and Spanish). In case of a late arrival, a welcome pack for dinner (or breakfast) can be provided. Bed linen and hand towels will be available free of charge. Day of arrival and day of departure are optional. Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
