Holiday Villa Marisol is located in one of the most sought after residential areas of Almuñecar on Costa Tropical in Andalucia, within walking distance to the wide sandy beach Playa San Cristobal with numerous restaurants and Tapas bars on the beach.

This vacation rental is exceptional – with marble floors, Spanish tiles, spacious terraces and a fabulous private pool – and offers superb views to Almuñecar in Andalucia and to the sea.

Villa Marisol offers comfortable accommodation for up to 7 people: there are 3 bedrooms (guest beds available on request) and 2 full bathrooms with bathtub and WC. At the private pool, there is an additional shower room and another WC.

The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with dishwasher and washing machine.

The holiday villa Marisol has central heating as well as air conditioning.

The outdoor area of the holiday villa has a summer kitchen with BBQ, ideal for pleasurable parties and evenings outside.

The holiday villa also comprises 3 large garages with electric doors and individual access to the house, so you can park your car easily and safe at any time.

It is a 5 minutes drive to the next beach and to the romantic Old Town of Almuñecar on Costa Tropical, with a lot of restaurants, bars, fashion boutiques and stores offering international and Spanish specialties. There are also 2 small supermarkets within 3 minutes on foot.

A local agency will meet and greet you and be available for advice (contact persons speak English, French, German and Spanish). In case of a late arrival, a welcome pack for dinner (or breakfast) can be provided. Bed linen and hand towels will be available free of charge. Day of arrival and day of departure are optional. Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
