The vacation rental Casa Maria in Andalucia is a tastefully furnished and comfortable detached holiday house on "Monte de los Almendros" (almond hill), a charming residential area far-off tourist crowds and close to the small town of Salobreña on Costa Tropical.

The holiday house Casa Maria has a private pool with solar heating, large sun terraces and a glazed inside terrace ideal for cooler days. All terraces as well as the pretty garden offer wonderful views to the near Mediterranean, the romantic moorish castle on Salobreña's castle hill and the bays of Salobreña in Andalucia.

It is a five minutes drive to the romantic Old Town of Salobreña; here, you find a lot of restaurants and shopping facilities with a wide range of Spanish and international products.

The property is ~ 700 sqm and the living space of ~ 70 sqm offers accommodation for up to 4 people. There are 2 double bedrooms. Also, a baby cot and high chair can be provided at a small fee.

The holiday house Casa Maria has a private garage, SAT-TV, microwave, washing machine and 2 bathrooms with bathtub or shower/WC. Linen and towels are provided.

You should not miss to visit Granada and the world-famous Alhambra! It is also worth to visit the stalactite caves in Nerja, a small coastal town near-by, and the many Tapas bars in the region of Costa Tropical – only here, you still get the delicious tapas free to your glass of wine!

Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
