This detached, spacious and comfortable vacation rental Villa Flamenco is located in the prestigious area of “Cotobro”, a private urbanization with superb views to the west of Almuñecar on the Costa Tropical in Andalucia.

The next beach is within a 5 minutes drive – and it is only approx. 5 minutes to the lively city of Almuñecar with its many shops, Spanish and international restaurants and a lot of interesting sights.

The vacation rental villa accommodates up to 7 people and has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin). Further guests beds as well as a baby cot are available on request.

Villa Flamenco has 2 bathrooms, a large lounge/dining room with fireplace and a fully equipped, modern kitchen.

The private swimming pool is surrounded by wide, partly covered terraces with barbecue.

Enjoy lazy summer lunches on the terrace overlooking the mediterranean or relax on the large pool terrace.

A local agency will meet and greet you and be available for advice (contact persons speak English, French, German and Spanish). In case of a late arrival, a welcome pack for dinner (or breakfast) can be provided. Bed linen and hand towels will be available free of charge. Day of arrival and day of departure are optional. Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
