The luxury vacation rental Villa Cotobro in Andalucia (sleeps 10) defines idyllic, nestling on a green hillside amongst private villas in the exclusive urbanisation of 'Cotobro' in Almunecar on the Costa Tropical, making it the perfect luxury self catering holiday location on the Costa Tropical in southern Spain.

The cool, light and airy rooms are furnished to combine understated elegance with exceptional comfort. Villa Cotobro comprises of a spacious fully equipped luxury kitchen/dining room with French doors to a covered terrace.

The kitchen offers oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine plus iron/ironing board.

There is a large lounge with two leather sofas and additional chairs etc, a wood burning fire and French doors to covered terrace. Villa Cotobro offers Satellite TV, DVD and CD plus there is electric heating as well as air conditioning in the Master Bedroom.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe etc. plus a shower room. Marble stairs lead to the upper floor with master bedroom with AC, dressing room, ensuite bathroom and French doors to a terrace.

Additional two twin bedded rooms have fitted wardrobes etc, one bedroom has French doors to terrace.

Extensive sunny terraces at both ground and upper floor levels make the most of the uninterrupted sea views and are perfect for sunny relaxation and ‘alfresco’ dining.

Outside there are extensive terraced areas, a private swimming pool and BBQ, dining table and sunloungers.

Villa Cotobro has private parking for several cars and wheelchair access.

The property is accessed by private road 0.5 km from main N340 at Almunecar and to the beach, shops, markets and restaurants it is less than 1 km.

A local agency will meet and greet you and be available for advice (contact persons speak English, French, German and Spanish). In case of a late arrival, a welcome pack for dinner (or breakfast) can be provided. Bed linen and hand towels will be available free of charge. Day of arrival and day of departure are optional - must not be a Saturday! Extra beds, cots or high chairs for children are available on request as well as internet access. Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
