The two storey and particularly spacious Andalucian holiday villa Casa La Bodega in rustic Spanish style is located in a quiet residential area right above “Playa San Cristobal” beach in Almuñecar on Costa Tropical. The holiday villa has 7 bedrooms with convenient and spacious accommodation for up to 11 people. The villa is newly painted in sunny colours.

It is possible to rent either the ground level for 5 people (in this case the upper floor will be free) or the entire villa for up to 11 people. A guest bed can be provided.

The upper level offers 3 double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, lounge and dining table, 1 bathroom with bathtub and WC. The living space is about 120 sqm and the upper terrace ~40 sqm.

From the upper terrace an outside staircase leads to the lower area of the holiday villa, with private pool of ~10 x 5 meters, pool bar with charcoal grill for get-together and a large terrace of about 300 sqm. with lawn for sunbathing and relaxing.

The ground level has two double bedrooms and two single rooms, one bathroom with bathtub and WC, as well as a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. The living area offers SAT-TV and a comfortable lounge in front of the fireplace. The ground level has 160 sqm. offering a lot of space and suitable especially for large groups.

There is a parking place in front of the holiday villa, and the beautiful beach “Playa San Cristobal” is within 10 minutes walking distance.

In the daytime you can visit a lot of interesting attractions: a famous bird park, a Moorish castle, historical founds belonging to Phoenician times, one of the wonderful beaches, or the picturesque Old Town of Almuñecar with its shops, boutiques and markets.

In the evening you find a lot of entertainment – even though it is difficult to make a choice among the numerous restaurants and bars on the beach! Only on the Costa Tropical, the delicious tapas are free with your drink!

A local agency will meet and greet you and be available for advice (contact persons speak English, French, German and Spanish). In case of a late arrival, a welcome pack for dinner (or breakfast) can be provided. Bed linen and hand towels will be available free of charge. Day of arrival and day of departure are optional - must not be a Saturday! Extra beds, cots or high chairs for children are available on request as well as internet access. Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
