Doors lead to the ensuite marble bathroom with tub, shower and twin basins. The bedroom has roller blinds and direct access to the terrace with stunning sea views.

The second bedroom has a double bed, a generous wardrobe with drawers, roller blinds and a patio door to the terrace.

The second bathroom is also tiled in marble and has an enclosed shower cubicle and twin basins.

In the basement there is garage space with easy access to apartment.

Steps are leading down to the nicely landscaped gardens, putting green and pool area with direct pedestrian access to the sea front walkway and beach.

Located some 4 kilometers west of the thriving and sought after seaside town of Estepona in the direction of Sabinillas, Duquesa and Gibraltar. Inland lies the picturesque hill village of Casares and golf courses abound.

Almost immediately adjacent is a service station with a shop selling newspapers and basic provisions.

Fashionable Puerto Banús and Marbella are 15/20 minutes drive. Malaga's exceptionally well served airport is about 45 minutes via the splendid Mediterranean motorway and Gibraltar about 25 minutes.

The local area:

Estepona is one of the few coastal towns that has succeeded in maintaining its pueblo charm, despite the onslaught of tourism. Notwithstanding, all the tourist facilities are here, including restaurants, leisure and cultural activities, excellent beaches, promenades and shops. Numerous street cafes and tapas bars serve traditional Spanish delicacies and the steep, cobbled, narrow streets seem more suited to horses than cars. You'll also find unusual shops and bodegas in Estepona, where you'd least expect them, all very inviting, very friendly - and very cheap!

A 10/15 minute drive will take you to the millionaire playground that is Puerto Banus, this is the place to be pampered and see the fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. Try the nightlife at a choice of alfesco bars, piano clubs and nightclubs whilst during the day this is a shoppers paradise with several of the worlds renowned fashion houses.

Fashionable Marbella is a 15/20 minute drive away with its great shopping and restaurants in the narrow streets of the historical Old Town. The beaches are excellent and the promenade stretches for miles where there are many good places to eat and drink.

Other places of interest within easy striking distance include: Ronda, Gibraltar, Mijas, and many of "the white villages".

Andalucia cries out to be explored with its rolling countryside, olive and citrus groves, mountains and Europe´s most southerly snow ski resort in the Sierra Nevada, less than 2 hours drive away. Add to this historic cities like Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Cadiz and so many more, plus the Mediterranean and Atlantic beaches and you will need to visit more than once!

Golfers are spoilt for choice - with some 60 courses to choose from. Other sports and recreational pursuits are equally well catered for - or just relax with a glass of Rioja, enjoy the climate all year round and watch the world stroll by.
