Villa Panoramico is a private, detached villa with private pool and large terraces, only 5 minutes to the beaches Playa de Cabria, Playa del Tesorillo and Playa de Velilla in Almunecar on the Costa Tropical.

Situated on the side of a hill, this unique luxury 4 bedroom modern detached villa of ~ 210 sqm has superb panoramic views from its many south facing terraces.

All terraces benefit from the sun all day, you can watch the spectacular sunsets and the progress of the fishing boats and cruise ships passing by.

Villa Panoramico was recently totally re-modernised to a very high standard, including a full American kitchen, a large open plan dining / living area, 2 full bathrooms and marble floors throughout.

All bedrooms are bright and well furnished with quality furnishing and have fans, the main master bedroom has en-suite and has a walk in wardrobe.

Both bathrooms have full baths & shower. There is a separate toilet and shower at the pool.

Its 4 x 9 m long pool with spectacular south facing views to the Mediterranean gives you the perfect setting to sit back with a local glass of wine and relax.

There's a BBQ and large table should you wish to dine alfresco.

Sunbeds and sunshades are provided for around the pool.

Conveniently situated, it is only 10 minutes by car from the town of Almunecar with its many restaurants, tapas bars, shops, a local fresh food market and only 5 minutes from the beach and the sun drenched coastline of Costa Tropical.

Please note that Villa Panoramico is not suitable for young children under 6.

To Granada with its famous Alhambra and to the airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria it is only about 1 hour drive.

Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
