The Costa Tropical holiday villa Casa Mariane is set back about 30 meters from the beach of a small, idyllic and sheltered bathing bay in Almuñecar, Andalucia, far from mass-tourism and traffic noise.

The two-storey holiday villa offers comfortable accommodation for up to 12 people and comprises 6 bedrooms (2 x double and 4 x twin), 2 living-dining rooms with SAT-TV, 2 well-equipped kitchens with oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster etc., 2 bathrooms with bathtub or shower and WC.

The ground floor of the holiday villa has garden and terrace with BBQ and the first floor has 3 balconies, so the house gets air from three sides: a great convenience in midsummer!

From here, you have wonderful views to the sea and the hills of the Sierra Nevada. And it is only a short hop from the beach and the next restaurant ...

If you prefer an exclusive location on the Costa Tropical and love the gently murmuring sea, you will feel comfortable here right away! From here, you can discover more, hidden coves for swimming or sunbathing ... a location hard to be found in Andalucia!

There is a footpath to your holiday villa used only for arrival and departure, so you can enjoy easy-going beach holidays without disturbing traffic-noise. A parking place is 200 meters from Casa Mariane.

Bed linen and towels will be provided free of charge and changed regularly. There are sun loungers on the terraces and also (for rent) on the beach.

You should definitely taste the delicious, well-priced cooking in the affiliated “Restaurante Antonio”, offering Spanish and international specialities. Or just relax at the bar, sipping a beer or having a glass of good wine – while your children are playing within eyespot on the beach.

The restaurant is open every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and is approx. 100 m from your holiday apartment, also on the beach.

 

Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
