Casa Laly in Almuñecar is a detached holiday villa on the Costa Tropical with private pool and most extravagant and elegant, tasteful furnishing. The holiday villa is situated in a quiet residential area in the centre of Almuñecar, within walking distance to the charming Old Town with its many restaurants, Spanish Tapas bars (where you still get these delicate snacks free with your drink), shopping facilities (fashion boutiques, supermarkets etc.) and sights. The wide beaches, offering numerous sport and recreational activities, are just a two minute walk away, so you may leave your car at home. The two-storey holiday villa has 200 sqm and offers accommodation for up to 5 adults and 1 baby with 1 double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms, one guest bed and 1 baby cot. There is air-conditioning for the entire villa which can be regulated “warm/cold” for ground floor and main bedroom and “warm” for both twin bedrooms. The pretty garden has a nice terrace, ideal for convivial evenings, a private swimming pool (approx. 12 sqm), an outdoor dining corner and a porch swing. The holiday villa has 2 bathrooms with bathtub respectively shower and WC, a guest-WC, TV, video and DVD player. The modern kitchen is equipped with ceramic top oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. You can park your car on the property. The next beach is just about 2 minutes on foot, and a lot of sights, such as Granada with its worldfamous Alhambra, is within an one hour drive. |

Location: The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter. Directions: The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
