Delightfully designed holiday villa on the Costa Tropical in Andalusia with sun-filled rooms and stunning sea views.

The Chalet Costatropical is located in a quiet private residential area.

The holiday villa has a beautiful private garden with palms and fruit trees and a glass pavilion with two guest beds.

Two large terraces invite to relax: a sunny terrace with ocean view, the other shady with a view into the garden.

The spacious lounge with its large windows overlooks the ocean and garden. It has a fireplace and satellite TV.

The holiday villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a big corner bathtub and WC. In addition, there is a guest restroom with a washing machine.

Monte de los Almendros community has large pools for adults and children, tennis and football pitch, and table tennis for free use for local residents.

The town of Salobreña with its historic castle, typical Andalusian old town and numerous shopping facilities is easy to reach by car in 5 minutes.

To Granada with its famous attractions is only about 45 minutes drive. To the airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria it is only about 1 hour drive.



Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
