The detached holiday villa Villa Monte de los Almendros (almond hill villa) is located on Monte de los Almendros, a beautiful residential area close to Salobrena on the Costa Tropical in Andalucia.

The holiday villa offers a heavenly sea view, virtually from each spot of the 700 sqm property.

The holiday villa is located absolutely quiet, nevertheless it is only approximately 5 minutes by car to Salobrena's extensive beaches and to the romantic old part of town with its Moorish castle (please have a look at the photos below). To the spacious pool area and sports facilities it is only a short walk.

The entire holiday villa offers comfortable space for up to 8 guests (6 adults and 2 children).

The main house with its 110 sqm offers plenty of space for up to 4 adults and 1 child. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a new comfortable kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and a large living room with satellite-TV, open fireplace, an indoor-terrace with panorama-windows and a sunny breakfast-terrace for your most beautiful weeks of the year.

Furthermore there is plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing in the beautiful garden of approximately 500 sqm.

The studio measures about 60 sqm and offers ideal space for 2 adults and 1 child. It has one bedroom with a big double bed 160 x 200 cm, a large sofa bed, a bathroom, a living room with satellite-TV and a full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The studio apartment has its own large terrace with panoramic views on the Mediterranean. An ideal place for sunbathing and relaxing. Of course the garden can be used for sunbathing as well.

Both, the main house and the studio apartment are tastefully furnished in Spanish style and may be rented separately or together.

Both apartments have a washing machine and both are suitable for short and long term stays.

The residential area consists exclusively of private Villas and has a common tennis court, a spacious pool-area with children's pool and playground. These facilities may be used of course free of charge by our tenants.

Don't miss to visit Granada and the world famous Alhambra. It is also worth to visit the caves of Nerja and of course don't miss the typical Spanish tapas bars here, in the province of Granada on the Costa Tropical in Andalucia. Only here they still serve for free delicious little snacks with the wine.

Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
