The detached holiday villa Villa Monte de los Almendros is situated in a charming residential neighbourhood, on Monte de Almendros (Almond Hill) in Salobreña in Andalusia on the Costa Tropical, the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, and offers a wonderful sea view from almost any spot of the 700m² property.



In 2011 the newly built private swimming pool with a size of 8 m x 4 m (kidney-shaped) and 1.40 m depth of water is heatable and invites you to swim all year round.

The entire villa, consisting of a main house and a separate studio offers plenty of space for a total of up to 8 people (ideal for 6 adults and 1 child).

Both units are only rented together, so our guests can enjoy maximum privacy!

The villa is beautifully located and from Monte de los Almendros up to the wide beaches and to the romantic old town of Salobreña it is just 5 minutes by car!

The 4 room - main house with 110 m² living space has a ground level entrance and comprises 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 shower/WC and a modern kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The large living room and dining room has a fireplace and panoramic windows. A music system and a 40 inch LCD satellite TV are available. From the living-dining room and the bedrooms there are gorgeous ocean views!



The beautiful lawns of the 500 m² private garden with private swimming pool offers plenty of space to relax and sunbathe during the best weeks of the year. There is also a large barbecue and a tiled seating area for alfresco dining.

The 2 rooms - studio is spacious and modern and has about 60 m². The bedroom has a German bed measuring 160 x 200 cm with foam mattress. The bathroom with large shower, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail leaves nothing to be desired.

In the beautiful living room with a sound system and 32 inch LCD satellite TV with all major international channels you can also relax comfortably. The fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine also allows for a comfortable long-term holiday. From the living room and kitchen, you can directly see the sea!

The villa is technically up to date. Both apartments are equipped with double glazed windows and electric heating. The main house is also equipped with a stove, so you can spend here a leisurely vacation in the winter months. Both apartments are equipped with a washing machine, the main house also with an additional built-in dryer. Long-term visitors are therefore welcome. You will certainly feel right at home!



The residential area consists exclusively of private Villas and has a common tennis court, a spacious pool-area with children's pool and playground. These facilities may be used of course free of charge by our tenants.

Don't miss to visit Granada and the world famous Alhambra. It is also worth to visit the caves of Nerja and of course don't miss the typical Spanish tapas bars here, in the province of Granada on the Costa Tropical in Andalucia. Only here they still serve for free delicious little snacks with the wine.


Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
