A modern, newly-built and most exclusively furnished holiday villa in Andalucia for up to 6 people, detached and situated in a quiet street without through traffic. Casa Miró has fantastic sea view from almost every spot of the property!

On two levels the holiday villa offers a living area of ~ 145 sqm. The living room on the ground level has a lounge, dining corner, fireplace and TV with international program. French doors opens to the 180 sqm pool terrace.

The first level has 3 comfy bedrooms – 1 master bedroom with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each. 2 of the bedrooms have balconies with a stunning sea view.

Air-conditioning is provided for the whole villa, so it is nice and cool in summer and comfortable and warm in winter.

The holiday villa has 2 stylish bathrooms (1 ensuite with access only from "master bedroom"), each with bathtub or shower, WC and bidet. In addition, there is a separate guest WC and a shower at the pool.

The modern and spacious kitchen on the ground level is comfortable and fully-equipped with ceramic-top stove, in-built oven and microwave fitted in a convenient place, big fridge/freezer and a lot more. It also has a large dining table for 6 people. The washing machine is in an extra room.

The dining room has elegant wooden furniture and opens to the lounge with comfy sofas in front of the open fire place. The holiday villa has SAT-TV, DVD and CD player – DSL internet access is planned (please ask for actual state of things shortly before your reservation).

Casa Miró has a large private swimming pool and a spacious sunbathing terrace of ~ 180 sqm. The pool area has an outdoor-shower, a further small bathroom, sun loungers and garden furniture. The dining table for 6 people is ideal for alfresco dining, with fascinating views to the close-by sea.

There is a private garage with door remote control and also sufficient parking space right in front of the villa. A staircase leads from the garage to the pool area and to the front door.

The beach "Playa de Velilla" in Almunecar is just within 10 minutes on foot, and also restaurants and bars on the beach are within walking distance. The city of Almunecar with its wonderful Old Town, many supermarkets – offering a wide range of Spanish and International products, fashion boutiques, banks as well as a lot of sights are within a few minutes by car.

The bathing resort also offers a lot of sportive or recreational activities – a golf court, for example, is within 15 minutes by car in Salobrena. Granada with its famous Alhambra is just an one hour drive away.

Relax and enjoy wonderful holidays in this beautiful location on Costa Tropical in Andalucia, the eastern region of Costa del Sol, with a mild climate and average temperatures of 18°C in winter and 28°C in summer.

Day of arrival as well as day of departure can be any day of the week (not only Friday or Sunday). Linen and towels will be provided free of charge.

Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
