The Andalusian-style detached holiday villa La Brisa del Mar is located in the urbanisation of Monte los Almendros, a prestigeous residential area in Salobreña on the Costa Tropical in Andalucia.

The holiday villa is almost in the centre of an ~1000 square metres property, with private pool (9 x 4 metres) and private garden with orange/lemon/fig/peach and almond trees as well as variegated bloomers. As trees have grown to full size, photographs could be taken of parts only.

You have a fantastic view onto the sea from the house, terraces and garden as well as from the canopied terrace next to the swimming pool.

First floor:

•	canopied entrance

•	kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic top, oven, microwave etc.
•	next room with fridge, washing machine and gas boiler
•	1 bathroom with shower
•	lounge with fireplace and dining room separated by a round arch

Basement:

•	2 bedrooms with 2 beds each (double beds normal size and length 1,80 x 2,00 m)
•	1 bedroom with 1 single bed, ~1,35 x 2,00 m + 1 guest bed
•	1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and two basins
•	1 bathroom with washing basin, WC and shower
•	corridor with door giving access to another canopied terrace

Windows have insect-protection and are standard-sized on the hillside of the house. Bedrooms are equipped with wooden slats.

Outdoor area:

Outside the house, you will find a private swimming pool 9 x 4 metres, a pool for children ~2 x 1,50 m with shower, a canopied parking place as well as a lockable garage. The beautiful canopied, pillared terrace is sheltered from wind by two sides and is romantically lit (a "second living room"). Lights can be switched on/off from the house.

All terraces and also pool area have sufficient garden furniture and canvas chairs.

In the living room, there is a big-screen TV with satelitte TV as well as a portable radio.

In addition to the private pool of the holiday house, holiday guests may also use the large community pool in the exclusive residential area of Monte de los Almendros which is only visited by residents.

The residential area also offers a further pool for children, a playground and several sports facilities, for example tennis court and football ground.

All facilities are free of charge and can be reached by foot in a few minutes.


Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
