Slightly above the small city of Torre del Mar on the Costa del Sol in Andalucia with a good distance to tourist traffic you can find our holiday house Casa Sueno as a part of a Spanish quarter. Here in our holiday house with about 80m² you'll have the perfect starting point for excursions or the central place to spend relaxing vacations in Andalucia.

Although the house isn't in the centre of the city you can be at the beach within few minutes (1km) or in one of the numberless supermarkets, shopping centers, at the weekly market or right in the middle of Torre del Mar's nightlife. And who wouldn't like it...

In the following pictures we tried to give an impression how the holiday house is constructed and were you can find which room. Well I am not an architect but I did my very best:

          


Kitchen

As far as one can talk of jewels while talking about a building, in the case of our holiday house we would have to talk about the kitchen. Pretty new, modern standard and surely with every kind of equipment one could expect. A modern ceran cook top with exhaust system that transports cooking steam and odors outside, separate oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, water heater… Everything seems to be there, at least we think so. The kitchen offers sufficient place for two active cooks. Directly beside the window you can find three seats.

Living Room

Right between the kitchen and the balcony you can find our living room. Here you can relax, watch TV and, as you can see on the picture, have a meal. The television offers European satellite TV (I am not sure if Scandinavian TV is available, sorry). No one has to miss information from home, news or sport events. During the hot season the air-condition may cool this room to bearable temperature, while the modern fire-place offers a comfortable heat during heating season. While heating with the fire-place the bedroom upstairs receive warm air too.

Bedrooms

Our house has three bedrooms, one double bedroom with air condition, one twin bedroom and another double bedroom. All bedrooms are upstairs as well as the bathroom. You will certainly find enough sheets. And may I mention: We too do not like old mattresses! According to our point of view sleeping good is fundamental for good vacation. Therefore you would never find old mattresses in our holiday house!

Bathroom

The bathroom is located on the first floor between the bedrooms. Here you can get rid of the stressy sunbathing while showering or taking a bath. Amenities: Toilet, bidet shower, bath tub and wash-basin. Located on the ground floor, close to the entrance door, there is another bathroom with shower an WC.

Balcony and Garden

Directly in front of the living room you can enter the balcony. Here you can enjoy great moments while having breakfast - we already did it on Christmas when weather conditions were pretty good. In summer time you can spend the night until early morning by playing cards, or reading a book while drinking a sangria, cold beer or good old Spanish wine, while a smooth breeze coming from the seaside is touching the skin. Ooh, while writing this I would like to be there! As the house is located at the end of the row in the street, the garden is much larger than the gardens of the most houses over there. For this reason our house offers to our guests a big terrace and a southern Spain garden with a very carefully selected choice of southern fruit trees.

Cellar / Basement

The basement/cellar consists of two rooms, a small, sealed and a large one. Usually our guests will find the garden furniture here, as there are is large oval garden table, garden chairs and two sun loungers.

Pool and Tennis Court

The shared swimming pool is available to our guests in the period from June to September. Showers, sunshades and lavatories can be found at the pool. The access to the pool is locked and you will receive a key. From the holiday house it is just a 50 meters stroll to the swimming pool. The size of the pool is about 10x5 meters. There is a non-swimming and a swimming area, but not separated from each other. Right next to the pool there is the tennis court which can be used all year-round.
