The holiday house in Andalucia Casa Las Flores is located in a quiet private residential area in Almunecar on the Costa Tropical, without disturbing through traffic.

On 2 levels, the holiday house offers accommodation on 70 sqm living area for up to 4 people. It has 3 open-plan bedrooms, separated by round archs: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedroom and 1 bedroom with a smaller single bed suitable for a child.

Please note that due to the open-plan bedrooms Casa Las Flores is particularly suitable for families.

The comfy lounge/living room has a dining-table for four, SAT-TV and radio as well as a nice bar counter. The lounge leads to the private terrace with marvellous views to the Mediterranean and along the coastline of the Costa Tropical in Andalucia.

The American-style kitchen is equipped with a 4 flame gas stove, baking oven and fridge/freezer. A washing machine is in an extra room.

The bathroom has bathtub, WC and bidet and there are 2 additional guest WCs.

The swimming pool on the adjacent property of the houseowner is open throughout the year and is for your sole use as not used by the houseowner or other guests during your stay.

The swimming pool is surrounded by a wonderful garden with sun loungers, a brick barbecue and a pool-bar for convivial evenings. The houseowner has two good Labrador dogs and your dog is welcome here too.

It is only a 2 minutes drive to several nice beaches of the Costa Tropical and to the many restaurants and shops in Almunecar. The fine-pebbly beach Playa de Velilla with its nice bars on the beach is within walking distance. Also a lot of restaurants are within 10 minutes on foot.

A shorter way: you can also use the private stairs from the garden of the holiday house down to the beach.

A parking place is right in front of Casa Las Flores.

Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
