The charming holiday house in Andalucia “Casa Playa Cabria” is about 30 meters from the beach “Playa de Cabria”, a small, picturesque sheltered bathing bay in Almuñecar on the Costa Tropical in Spain, far from mass-tourism and disturbing traffic noise.

The 2 floors of Casa Playa Cabria offer accommodation for up to 8 adults and 2 babies. The ground level has 54 sqm and the upper floor 47 sqm.

Both floors are completely independent and offer 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin – baby cots available on request), 1 bathroom with shower and 1 kitchen each.

Each kitchen is well-equipped, including gas stove, refrigerator/freezer and washing machine. The living/dining room on the ground-level has panoramic windows with wonderful views to the sea. Both floors provide satellite TV, air-conditioning/heating.

In addition, both floors have sunbathing terraces – with BBQ grill – offering splendid views to the sea and the close-by beach Playa de Cabria.

If you prefer an exclusive location on the Costa Tropical and if you love the gently murmuring sea, you will feel comfortable here right away! From here, you can discover more quiet coves – perfect for swimming or sunbathing... a place hard to be found in Andalucia!

Bed linen and towels are free of charge and will be changed regularly. There is the possibility to rent sun chairs on the beach.

You should definitely taste the delicious, well-priced cooking in the affiliated “Restaurante Antonio”, offering Spanish and international specialities. Or just relax at the bar, sipping a beer or having a glass of good wine – while your children are playing within eyespot on the beach. The restaurant is open every day from 10 am to 10 pm and is only approx. 30 m from your holiday house on the beach.

The city of Almuñecar in Andalucia, with its charming Old Town, numerous typical Spanish tapas bars, restaurants and sights, is about 5 minutes by car. Only in this region, the province of Granada in Andalucia, you will get Tapas free to your glass of wine!

Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
