"Chalet Angel" with its private swimming pool and garden is a perfect holiday house for families!

It is ideally situated in a quiet residential area nearby the beach of San Cristobal, the town center of Almunecar and numerous restaurants and bars.

You need less than a 10-minute-walk to the beach. There is a bus station just in front of the house, where you can take a bus to the town centre. Opposite of the house there is a secondary school which is closed in summer.

The private, heated and illuminated pool of 7 x 4 meter invites you to take a relaxing bath in the evening. The pool is heated with a solar energy pipe system and pool temperature is depending upon solar effect on pipe system. Therefore, water temperature can be (but not necessarily) agreeable 28°C at twelve o’clock at night in summer.

In the day time you may relax under the shady pergola, take a sunbath on the lawn or have al-fresco lunch. A brick BBQ is available and contributes to restful and convival evenings on the terrace.

You have wireless ADSL internet access (with security code) in all rooms of the holiday house.

The ground floor has 4 rooms and 1 bathroom with bath tub:

	Parents’ bedroom with 1 double-bed of 1,60 x 2,00 mtr.
	Childrens’ bedroom I with 1 single-bed and 1 bed which can be pulled-out.
	Childrens’ bedroom II with 2 single-beds.
	Guestroom with cozy and well-sprung sofa-bed of 1,40 x 2,00 mtr.

Thus the holiday house offers accommodation for 6 people. Living space is about 190 sqm.

The holiday house is equipped with central heating. Air conditioning is not necessary as several fans are available and the new pergola, which has been built two years ago, keeps all bedrooms on the groundfloor shady and cool.

The upper floor is separated into two zones: "dwelling zone" and "catering zone". The living room has approx. 45 sqm. with three areas: dining, entertainment and relaxing. Fully-equipped hifi-system is available as well as satellite-TV (Astra).

Here, on the upper floor, you have access to another large and canopied terrace of approx. 25 sqm, which stretches alongside the complete front of the house. From here, you have a wonderful view to the city of Almunecar and to the sea. The upper floor has a WC, and outside the house you find another toilet as well as a washing machine.

The kitchen of Chalet Angel is a wonderful eat-in kitchen and invites you to share your time during and after dinner. It is comfortably equipped with dishwasher, modern oven, micro-wave, coffee-maker (also for espresso) and with all things needed (juice squeezer, toaster, mixer etc.).

From the kitchen you have direct access to a balcony – or just leave the door open to enjoy a more open ambience.

The property of Chalet Angel is about 800 sqm with private garden and lots of fruit trees: avocados, grapefruits, oranges, bananas – so, in season, you can squeeze fresh fruit juice!

This is the PERFECT house for a family holiday! It is simple, completely equipped, homelike and comfortable.

Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
