Delightful detached Casa del Mar is situated in Almuñecar on the Costa Tropical, the eastern part of the Costa del Sol in Andalusia in a beautiful setting with wonderful views of the sea.

The entire basement of Casa del Mar is rented. It has a private ground floor entrance and offers 85 m² living space plus a large private terrace, a private garden with orange trees and a private swimming pool of 7 x 4 meters.

Casa del Mar has all day sunshine and is located at the end of a private road with no through traffic and off the beaten track.

You can park your car directly in front of the house and walk to the beach in less than 3 minutes!

To the beach "Playa de Cabria", an idyllic, child-friendly sandy-pebbly bay in Almuñecar it is just a short walk of about 200 meters. There are 2 good beach restaurants with inexpensive international cuisine, Spanish specialities and daily fresh fish.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, each with a chest of drawers, table and mirror. The windows have shutters.

The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, toilet and and a hairdryer. Also a laundry basket, ironing board and iron are available.

The open plan fully equipped kitchen has a fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob, a small oven / microwave, coffee maker and toaster, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses and, of course, bowls, pots and pans.

The cozy lounge has 2 comfortable sofas and a coffee table, a large dining table for 6 people, a fireplace, satellite TV (Astra) and a DVD Player. For the colder months also electric heaters are available.

If desired an at a small fee Internet access can be provided.

Outdoor there is the private swimming pool, which is for your sole, personal use only. At the pool you can relax in the sun loungers and enjoy the wonderful sea views and the views of the nearby beach.

In the evenings you can enjoy the romantic lights at the pool and the brick barbecue. The pool terrace has table and chairs for alfresco dining.

To the City of Almuñecar with its charming old town, many supermarkets with Spanish and very extensive international offer, shops, markets, boutiques, banks and other tourist attractions it is just a few minutes by car.

Very popular is the water park 'Aqua Tropic' on Playa de Velilla beach, with its open-air slides, swimming pool, solarium and numerous water sports activities for young and old.

Many attractions of the Costa Tropical, such as Granada with its world famous Alhambra is only an hour drive away.

Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.
