Villa Bel Panorama, a charming holiday villa with private pool, is situated between Almunecar and Salobrena, two small coastal towns on Costa Tropical, in an exposed position with fantastic and breathtaking views along the miles long coast line of Costa Tropical. The holiday villa is designed in a modern cubistic "Ibiza”-style". Constructed on a hillside, the detached holiday villa is on a natural property of ~ 2.000 sqm and situated above an exclusive residential area where you can enjoy your holidays without disturbing neighbours, tourist crowds or traffic noise. From here, on a clear day, you have a panoramic 180° view from Motril to the romantic castle-hill of Salobrena, to the bays in the East of Costa Tropical and to the wide beach of La Herradura in the West. Holiday villa Bel Panorama offers comfortable accommodation for up to 7 people. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (1 with double bed and 1 with bunk bed), 2 single beds on the mezzanine level, 1 camp bed and 1 bathroom with bathtub, shower, WC and bidet. The open-plan lounge/kitchen area is most tastefully-furnished and has beautiful Andalucian terracotta tiles, open fire place, SAT-TV and fully-equipped kitchen with big fridge, microwave and washing machine. Many decorations, such as the Andalucian tiles of the large dining table, are reflecting the shiny blue of the sky, pool water and close-by Mediterranean sea. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and terrace are facing South, with fantastic views overlooking the close-by Mediterranean and coastline of Costa del Tropical. The terrace is partly roofed, so you will always find a shady place to sit outside. Enjoy the panoramic views from the private pool and large sun terraces along the beaches of Costa Tropical. The terrace has a brick BBQ for convivial evenings, and on mild summer nights you can relax and enjoy stunnings views to the castle-hill (illuminated at night!) and to the near coastal towns Almunecar and Salobrena on Costa Tropical. It is approx. 5 minutes by car to the next beach. Along this coastal region, you will find some quiet and small coves – far from tourist crowds! The romantic Old Town of Salobrena is within 8 minutes and the city of Almunecar within 15 minutes by car. In both cities, you will find many restaurants, Spanish Tapas bars and a lot of supermarkets offering a wide range of Spanish and international products. Many sights, such as Granada with world-famous Alhambra, are a one hour drive. |

Location: The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter. Directions: The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
