The spacious 4 bedroom Costa Tropical holiday villa Villa Miramar with private pool is situated in a private and quiet residential area without through traffic and tourist crowds in Almuñecar, Andalucia.

The holiday villa is ideally located for the beach, shops and restaurants. To the next beach it is only ~ 500 meters.

This attractive self catering villa property offers great views to the town, beach and coastline of Almuñecar, spacious accommodation and a private swimming pool surrounded by terraces with colourful tropical flowers.

With four bedrooms (two double and two twin), two large lounges, two bathrooms, a separate guest-WC and a fully equipped, modern kitchen making this the ideal holiday villa for up to 8 people.

Air conditioning and heating ensures that the holiday villa is comfortable all year round.

A local agency will meet and greet you and be available for advice (contact persons speak English, French, German and Spanish). In case of a late arrival, a welcome pack for dinner (or breakfast) can be provided. Bed linen and hand towels will be available free of charge. Day of arrival and day of departure are optional. Relaxing at the swimming pool or at one of the many beaches, water sports, horseback riding, diving, golf and hiking, or skiing in Spain's main ski resort, Sierra Nevada in winter and spring are just some of the virtually countless recreational opportunities, which Almuñecar and the region of the Costa Tropical offer.

The bustling and vibrant city center of Almuñecar has a classic Spanish atmosphere and is still not dominated by tourism.

The Moorish and Phoenician architectural heritage of Almuñecar is still found everywhere - in the narrow lanes of the old town, the scenic spots, and not least in the famous castle.

Almuñecar has an interesting weekly market (each Friday), good restaurants, a bird park, a large variety of beaches and a water park. Modern supermarkets, banks etc are all easily accessible from the holiday villa.

The picturesque city of Granada with its world-famous Alhambra Palace is only 40 minutes by car. Seville, another appealing destination can be reached in 3 hours.

There are unlimited possibilities for hiking in the Alpujarra mountains, which are only about 1-2 hours away.

The Costa Tropical offers probably the best climate in Europe. Compared to the rest of Spain's southern coast, it is especially mild here in winter and summer and there are more than 320 sunny days per year.

The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
