The detached Costa Tropical Holiday Villa Casa Max is situated in a marvellous position on a 5.000 sqm property in Andalucia and offers fantastic views to the coastline of Almuñecar on the Costa Tropical in Southern Spain. On two levels, the holiday villa offers accommodation for up to 10 people. At the private, heatable pool there is a large sunbathing terrace with BBQ and pool bar with cooking facilities and dining table for 10, ideal for convivial evenings. At Casa Max there are 3 comfortable and very tastefully furnished bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bulk bed. Plus there are 2 sofa beds and 2 additional "mobile" guest beds as well as 2 baby cots. The holiday villa has 2 bathrooms with bathtub, WC and bidet, and there is another WC and a shower at the private, heatable pool. The lounge, the garden pavilion and the master bedroom on the first floor have SAT-TV plus there is video and hi-fi system. New! Casa Max is provided with free internet access now! From the beach, a relatively steep, partly unpaved street leads to the holiday villa. But once arrived at the villa, you will be fascinated by the silence and the wonderful views. The next beach as well as the Old-Town of Almuñecar with many restaurants and shopping facilities are within 10 minutes by car. Many sights on Costa Tropical, such as Granada and its world-famous Alhambra, are just a one hour drive away. Location: The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter. Directions: The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
