The charming, rustic and spacious holiday villa on the Costa Tropical Villa Mi Capricho is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Almuñecar, a small Andalucian town with lots of nice beaches.

Villa Mi Capricho has a property of about 500 sqm and various beautifully arranged terraces.

The private pool is fed by water cascades. Adjacent to the pool terrace there is a BBQ area with bar and several tables, ideal for parties and convivial evenings. The spacious BBQ terrace has a brick barbecue and large dining table.

There are 3 separate areas, all with independent access:

The upper level has 4 bedrooms, 1 spacious living-room with open fire place and dining table for 10 people, en-suite bathroom with shower/WC, another separate bathroom and another shower.

On the ground level of the holiday villa there are 2 bedrooms, a big sofa bed, a shower, a large open-plan kitchen, another spacious living-room with open fire place and dining table as well as a terrace with BBQ.

In addition, there is an original bodega with a small lounge/kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom.

The holiday villa offers accommodation for up to 18 people and is ideal for large groups.

When renting the Villa Mi Capricho with a smaller group or family, you will certainly have the entire estate with all the terraces and the entire pool area for your sole, private use. No part of the villa will be rented to other guests! Depending on the number of people in your group, the ground level and / or the bodega is then closed - and the rental rate is correspondingly lower.

The villa is a convenient 10 - 15 minute walk from the romantic old town of Almunecar with its many shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The closest beach is the Playa de Velilla with its fine-pebbly sand and is also within easy walking distance from the villa.

If you are planning to dine near the beach, you can choose from a selection of traditional tapas bars and international restaurants. If you plan to venture further afield, the world-famous Alhambra Palace in Granada is barely a one-hour drive away.

A local agency will meet and greet you and be available for advice (contact persons speak English, French, German and Spanish). In case of a late arrival, a welcome pack for dinner (or breakfast) can be provided. Bed linen and hand towels will be available free of charge. Day of arrival and day of departure are optional - must not be a Saturday! Extra beds, cots or high chairs for children are available on request as well as internet access. Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
