Detached Casa La Romantica is situated in Almuñecar on the Costa Tropical in a quiet residential area, away from the hustle and bustle.

Up to the miles of beaches of Almuñecar it is just about 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by car. Along the beaches you will find numerous restaurants serving Spanish and international cuisine, cozy tapas bars and grocery stores for daily needs.

The entire upper floor of Casa La Romantica of about 70 m² is rented and has a ground level entrance and a large private terrace.

Casa la Romantica has a large swimming pool of 7 x 4 meters. The pool is open year round and offers a wonderful sea view.

There are 2 double bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds.

The cozy living room has a SAT-TV (Astra and Eutelsat) and a stereo with CD player. The living room opens to a private terrace. From the terrace and the living room you can enjoy the fantastic sea view.

The fully equipped kitchen has a 4-burner gas stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator and washing machine.

The bathroom has a bath, toilet and bidet.

To the nearest beach, the extensive 'Playa de Velilla' in Almuñecar with many beach bars and restaurants for every taste and budget, it is only about a 10 minutes’ walk (or 2 minutes drive).

Very popular is the water park "Aqua Tropic' on Playa de Velilla beach, with its open-air slides, swimming pool, solarium and numerous water sports activities.

For the perhaps most beautiful bay of the entire area, the 'Playa del Tesorillo' beach with its nice restaurants (Spanish, Italian and international), it is not much further.

Many attractions of the Costa Tropical, such as Granada with its world famous Alhambra, can be reached in less than an hour's drive.

A private parking space for your car can be found just outside the house.
