The holiday apartment is on the second level of the newly-built villa. Enjoy the heatable pool of ~ 5 x 10 meters amidst tropical vegetation. The large pool terrace with sun loungers and brick barbeque is ideal for relaxing and convivial evenings. The spacious and newly-built 100 sqm holiday apartment is equipped with bright and elegant furniture and designed in friendly colours. NEW! Casa Luna is provided with free WLAN internet access now! Casa Luna offers spacious accommodation for up to 5 adults and 2 children. It has 2 comfy and modern bedrooms with double beds as well as a comfortable sofa bed for 2 further guests. 2 baby cots are available on request. The American-style kitchen is well equipped – with dishwasher, 4 plate oven and stove, freezer/fridge and microwave – and opens to the roomy and light-flooded lounge. The bathroom has bathtub, WC and washing machine. In addition to central heating, the lounge has a fashionable fireplace, ideal for cosy evenings, as well as SAT-TV. A private parking is right in front of the holiday villa. The first level is used by the houseowner only and has individual access – so you can feel free and comfortable. The next beach as well as the Old-Town of Almuñecar with numerous restaurants and shopping facilities, are within 10 minutes by car. Many sights on the Costa Tropical, such as Granada and its world-famous Alhambra, are just a one hour drive away. |

From the beach, a relatively steep, partly unpaved street leads to the holiday villa. But once arrived at the villa, you will be fascinated by the silence and the wonderful views. Location: The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter. Directions: The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour drive), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
