We ask you to make the payment when you get your car, and you can do this with credit card. |

In case that you want to make the payment in advance, you'll get an additional 3% discount. |
Supplementary charges |

Our rates are fully inclusive of unlimited mileage, insurance and taxes. |

There will be an supplementary charge, if you bring back the car with less petrol than you got it. |
| • |
If you take the car between 9 pm and 8 am there will be an extra charge of 12 Euro. |
Cancellation and changes before you get your car |

If the company changes your flight details, or if you want to modify the rental period, or cancel your booking, you only need to send us an email or fax, and we will change/cancel your booking. |
Start of car rental |

At your arrival, we'll be waiting for your with a sign with your name at the arrivals hall. |
| • |
Then we go to the parking area where we do the paper work and you get your car to start your holidays. |
Drivers |
| • |
The minimum age is 23 for the groups A to E and 25 years old for the other groups. |
| • |
The driver must have the license (copy is not acceptable) for at least one year. |
When you get the car you need . . . |
| • |
You only need your ID card or passport and your driving license (copies a not acceptable). |
Changes during the rental |
| • |
If you want to modify the rental period you may call us at our offices. |
| • |
To extend the rental we ask you to phone us 48 hours advance. |
Incident |
| • |
In the event of an accident, theft or damage to the car you must: |

Report the incident to the police. |
| |
2. |
Notify us by calling our offices or our mobile numbers within 24 hours. |
| |
3. |
Return the police report or incident report to us when returning the car or within 7 days of the incident. |
Loss or damage to the car by accident or robbery |

All the cars have a full insurance with an excess. |
| • |
This excess and the delivery of a new car is the max. amount you can be charged for. |

Lost keys and keys locked in the car |

In the event that you lose the keys or lock the keys in the car, please call our offices or mobile numbers. |

You will be charged for the cost of supplying a replacement key or the cost of recovery the keys. |
Puncture |

In the event of puncture, please call our offices or mobile numbers. |

You will be charged for the cost of replacement or repair. |
Travel outside of Spain |
| • |
Cars may not be driven outside the country. |
| • |
You will be liable for the cost of any loss or damage to the car. |
End of rental |
| • |
The car must be returned to the agreed place at the agreed time. |
| • |
The car should be returned in substantially the same condition as it was at the start of the rental. |
| • |
And the tank should be like it was at the start of the rental. |
