Superb finca in Andalucia in idyllic location at the lake of La Viñuela (approximately 10min by car from Torre del Mar) with splendid and amazing views to the lake and the surrounding mountains of the Sierra Alhama and Sierra Tejedo. The newly constructed, detached finca has a private swimming-pool of approximately 8x4m. The finca offers approx. 220m² living space and it is built on a natural ground of about 5.000m², overlooking the magnificent Viñuela-Lake of 700 hectare. Here, you may spend your holidays in a completely peaceful, relaxed and undisturbed atmosphere, with no tourist crowds or traffic noise around. Finca la Viñuela offers comfortable space for up to 10 adults and 1 baby. On the ground floor there are 3 double-bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as 2 additional beds for further guests. On the first floor there is an additional double-bedroom with baby crib, ensuite-bathroom with Jacuzzi and beautiful views to the lake. The stylishly decorated living-room has satellite-TV and an open fireplace and the spacious kitchen is comfortably equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and deep-freezer as well as washing-machine. From the living-room and the kitchen you have direct access to the spacious sun-terrace with breathtaking views to the lake where you may take a swim in the warm months from spring to autumn. The finca has a large terrace with terrace-furniture, private swimming-pool and barbecue for cosy evenings. A small path leads directly to the waterfront where you may rent a boat (no motor boats). The area invites to sightseeing tours by bicycle, hiking, swimming, mountaineering, horse-riding or fishing. At the nearby Hotel la Viñuela there is a tennis-court and all around the lake there are several lovely golf-courses. In the picturesque town of La Viñuela, which is only a few minutes away from the finca, you will find lots of restaurants, cosy tapas bars and several groceries and to the supermarkets with international offer and long-stretching beaches of Torre del Mar it is only 10min by car. To many sights, like for example Malaga or Granada with its world-famous Alhambra it is only barely one hour drive. Directions: The nearest airport is Malaga; also Almeria and Granada would be an option. Also car hire can be arranged. We are looking forward to your visit!
