Villa Princesa is a charming holiday villa with private, heatable pool within an exclusive urbanisation. Situated on Monte de los Almendros in Salobrena on the Costa Tropical this beautiful holiday villa with private pool is ideal for relaxing holidays. With views to Salobrena, private gardens and fantastic communal facilities including 2 further swimmings pools, tennis court, table tennis, basket ball, football courts and childrens play area there is something for everyone. The holiday villa comprises of lounge/dining room with fireplace, TV, DVD, Video and CD, tastefully furnished with an Asian theme. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, wasching machine, tumble dryer and breakfast table. The holiday villa has 4 bedrooms, one of it with private terrace with sea view. 2 bedrooms have double beds, one has 2 single beds and the fourth bedroom is in front of the parents bedroom and perfect for 2 children. There are 3 baths (1 x with shower, 1 x with bath tub, 1 x WC). Outside there are mature gardens, a stunning private swimming pool with waterfall feature and terraces with great views. Private parking. A welcome pack, linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided (one set per person per week) and changeover day is flexible, however the villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and entry must be after 4pm to allow for cleaning etc.
The spacious community swimming pool, a toddler pool, playground, soccer ground and a tennis court in the prestigeous urbanisation of Monte de Los Almendros are only a few footsteps away and may be used free of charge. |
