 Beautiful Casa Maria is a tastefully furnished, detached holiday villa on “Monte de los Almendros” (almond-hill), a private residential area, away from the tourist crowds but close to the idyllic small town of Salobrena on the Costa Tropical.

Casa Maria is equipped with all comfort. It has private pool, large terraces, a beautiful garden and splendid views on the Mediterranean, the castle rock and the bays of Salobrena. The property has about 1000sqm and the living area measures about 100sqm.

The holiday villa is located absolutely quiet; nevertheless it is only approximately 5 minutes by car to Salobrena's extensive beaches and to the romantic old part of town with its famous medieval castle, lots of restaurants and supermarkets.

2bedroomswith double beds and 2 sleep-sofas in the living room offer place for up to 6 persons. There is a private garage for your car, satellite-TV, microwave, washing machine and 2 bathrooms for your convenience. Of course, bed linen and towels are provided. Please note that pets are not allowed.

Don't miss to visit Granada and the world famous Alhambra. It is also worth to visit the caves of Nerja and of course don't miss the typical Spanish tapas bars in the province of Granada. Only here they still serve for free delicious little snacks with the wine.

The spacious community swimming pool, a toddler pool, playground, soccer ground and a tennis court in the prestigeous mansion quarter of Monte de Los Almendros are only a few footsteps away and may be used free of charge.


Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour by car), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
