Casa Clara is an attractive, south-facing detached holiday villa with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the ancient town of Salobrena on the Costa Tropical / Costa del Sol in Andalucia and offers comfortable accommodation for up to 7 persons.

Outside there is a mature garden with many tropical fruit trees including mango, banana, orange and lemon trees. There is a covered terrace ideal for al-fresco dining along with other terraces for sunbathing. A gas barbecue is provided.
Monte de los Almendros Holiday Villa
The large communal pool area with additional children's pool, tennis court and football pitch is only approx. a five minute walk from the holiday villa and may be used free of charge.

There is air conditioning/heating on the upper level of the holiday villa where the three bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and dining area are situated.

  • Bedroom 1 has double bed and sea view
  • Bedroom 2 has two twin beds and sea view
  • Bedroom 3 has a large single bed and looks on to the garden

    All the bedrooms have wardrobes and bedside lockers and there is an additional comfortable sofa/bed for 2 further guests.

    The dining area seats eight comfortably and has views of the garden and of the sea. The kitchen is off the dining area and separated by a bar counter thereby allowing communication. It is fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee-maker, blender, etc. The washing machine is located in utility area alongside the garage.

    There is a family bathroom with large walk-in shower, wc and handbaisin. A first-aid kit and hairdryer are stored here.

    Downstairs there is a large L-shaped living area with ceiling fan and comfortable sofa and chairs where the satellite TV and DVD and CD player are located. Board games and books are on the shelves for your enjoyment. There is also a comfortable sofa/bed off this area and another bathroom with bath/shower, wc, bidet and handbaisin.

    PLEASE NOTE:
    A spiral staircase connects the two levels of the house and it is therefore not recommended for very young children or the infirm.

    Towels and bed-linen are provided weekly (beach towels not included).


    Location:
    The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

    Directions:
    The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour by car), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
