 Casa Tine is located on "Monte de los Almendros" in Salobrena on the Costa Tropical in Andalucia. The holiday apartment is situated about 280m above sea level, in healthy, dry climate, in a dead end, and therefore absolutely quiet.

The urbanisation of "Monte de los Almendros" consists of extensive properties with many villas. There is a tennis court and a spacious swimming pool (approx. 1 km) in the urbanisation which may both be used free of charge.

Your holiday apartment is located on the first level of a two-storey house and offers a beautiful panorama over the sea, Salobrena's rock with the Arabic castle, to the lighthouse of Torrenueva, and further direction norths, up to the mountains of the Sierra Nevada.

To the next beach it is only approximately 5 minutes by car.

The living area of approximately 125m² consists of three rooms, two double bedrooms, two baths with hair dryer, shower or tub and WC, just as a separated guest-WC. One bedroom owns an extra terrace.

In the living- and dining room of approx. 40 m² there is an additional sofa-bed, satellite-TV with video/radio, just as a chimney, a heater and a gas stove for winter.

The fully-equipped kitchen offers everything for your comfort with electro-stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine.

There is also a partially roofed, furnished terrace with barbecue and a private parking space on the property.

Supermarkets, banks, restaurants, doctors and drugstores you may find in the town of Salobrena in approximately 4 km.

Towels and bed-linen are provided weekly.

Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour by car), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
