The pretty holiday villa Casa El Granado is located in idyllic and wonderfully calm situation, near the romantic small town Salobrena on the Costa Tropical in Andalucia in a private residential area, without disturbing traffic noise and any tourist crowds around. The holiday villa is furnished affectionately and appropriately in Andalucian style and was recently completely reconditioned. The private pool is only used sometimes by the nice neighbour too. The holiday villa has 2 floors, with only one holiday apartment on each floor, which can be rented individually or together. Each holiday apartment has its own, private terrace and separate entrance, its own bath with shower/WC, as well as its own kitchen, and/or kitchenette. The property consists of approx. 250m² and each apartment offers approx. 50m² for altogether 6 persons (ideal for 3 adults and 3 children). There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, a guest bed in a separate guest room, as well as an additional sofa bed and a baby bed. Enjoy your breakfast with wonderful views on the close Mediterranean and the romantic, at night lit up castle hills of Salobrena on the upper sun terrace of approx. 20m². You can sun-bathe at the pool and in the garden and for cosy evenings Casa El Granado has satellite TV. In only about 200 meters you'll find a small rock bay and to the extensive beaches of Almunecar and Salobrena on Costa Tropical in Andalucia it is only about 5-10 minutes by car, just as to numerous restaurants, typical Spanish tapas bars and supermarkets with Spanish and international offer. |
