Spacious 4 bedroom holiday villa (sleeps 8 - 10), situated in a beautifully presented urbanization nestled on a hill above Almunecar on the Costa Tropical in Andalucia.

Enjoy the waterfalls, fountains and tropical plants and the 2 communal pools with panoramic views to the coast and countryside! The villa's front garden has a feature of a waterfall which is very calming. You can watch the paragliders or possibly even see eagles as you sit and relax. The infinity pool is a 1 min stroll away which boasts fabulous views to the coast.

Villa Vista Verde offers 4 bedrooms: 2 double and 2 twins (one bedroom with private terrace), two single fold out beds and 2 full bathrooms (one ensuite) and a separate WC. The villa is like home from home with comfortable beds and furniture. Two families can comfortably stay in our villa.

The holiday villa has satellite TV with surround sound, showing freeview channels. Also DVD player, CD player and a selection of DVDs and boardgames are provided. The added benefit of satellite freeview TV means you don't have to miss your favourite programs.

The holiday villa has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

There is comfortable seating and table in the front garden and the back terrace has 4 sunloungers & BBQ.

Certainly portable heaters are provided as well as fans.

To the nearest beaches, restaurants and supermarkets (Lidl and Mercadona) it is a 5 mins drive. Also to Almunecar famous Aqua Park it is only a 5 mins drive. There is a lot to see & do in Andalucia and being traditionally Spanish only adds to the experience of your holiday.

Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour by car), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
