New built holiday villa in Andalucia (sleeps 5), very close to “Playa Cabria”, an idyllic beach in Almuñecar.

Relax and enjoy a superb holiday in the impressive setting of the Costa Tropical, the eastern part of the Costa del Sol.

The beach, restaurants and bars are just an amble away and all local facilities are close by. To Almunecar town center with its charming old part of town, many supermarkets with a typical Spanish and an extensive international offer, shops, markets, fashion shops, banks and numerous further objects of interest it is only a few minutes by car.

The holiday villa Villa Vista Mar comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with dining table, open fire-place, Sat-TV, DVD and CD.

There are 2 bedrooms, one double, the other with a single and a floor bed, a bath with shower/WC and a separate room with washing machine.

Outside there is a covered dining terrace for lazy summer lunches, beautiful private swimming pool and terraces with great views to the sea, BBQ and parking.

You can park your car in front of the property and take a walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Here you'll find restaurants and bars for breakfast, supper or moonlight-dinner.

A welcome pack, linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided (one set per person per week) and changeover day is flexible, however the villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and entry must be after 4pm to allow for cleaning etc.

The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour by car), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
