The holiday villa offers two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes etc. and one twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes, one large family bathroom with full suite and twin vanity basins and one large shower room.

There are established gardens and various terraces making the most of the uninterrupted sea views, perfect for relaxing in the sun and 'alfresco' dining, a private swimming pool and BBQ, dining tables for 6 people, sunloungers and private parking.

The property has easy access and is situated 1km from main N340 at Almuñecar and to beaches, shops and restaurants it is less than a 5 minutes drive

A welcome pack, linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided (one set per person per week) and changeover day is flexible, however the villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and entry must be after 4pm to allow for cleaning etc.
