Holiday villa Casa Laly in Almunecar at the Costa Tropical is a detached holiday villa with private pool and extremely luxurious, elegant and tasteful furniture and equipment. The holiday villa is located in a calm, private mansion quarter in the center of Almunecar and it is only few walking minutes into the picturesque old part of town and to innumerable restaurants, cosy tapas bars where delicious things are served still for free with the wine, many shops (fashion shops, supermarkets etc.) and further places of interest. To the extensive beach with numerous sport and leisure possibilities it is only approx. 2mins walking distance, so you may leave your car at the villa. The holiday villa offers comfortable place for up to 5 adults and 1 baby on approx. 200m² on 2 floors, with 1 double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms, a guest bed and a baby bed. The entire villa has an air conditioning system. On the ground floor, as well as in the main bedroom, it can be adjusted "warm/cold" and in the two single bedrooms "warm". The pretty garden offers a beautiful terrace for relaxing evenings, a private swimming pool, as well as an open air dining corner and a swinging seat. The holiday villa has two baths with bath tub and/or shower and WC, an additional guest WC, TV, video and DVD Player. The kitchen has all comfort. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. For your car there is a private parking bay on the enclosed property. Up to the next beach on the Costa Tropical it is only about 2 minutes walking distance and to many sights, as for instance Granada with its world-famous Alhambra, it is only just about one hour of drive. |
