At ground floor level there is a beautiful private swimming pool and garden with stunning views of Almunecar town, beaches and the surrounding mountains. There is a comfortable dining terrace, large open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom.

On the first floor which can also be accessed from the outside stairs there is an elegant formal lounge/dining room with terraces, again with breathtaking views, a double bedroom and bathroom and separate fully equipped kitchen.

Upstairs is the 'Torre Suite with a double bedroom with terrace and bathroom.

None of the floors is rented separatetely, so you will have perfect private atmosphere.

A welcome pack, linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided (one set per person per week) and changeover day is flexible, however the villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and entry must be after 4pm to allow for cleaning etc.

Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour by car), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
