Private parking for several cars. The property is accessed by private road 0.5km from main N340 at Almuñecar and to the next beaches, the 'Playa Cotobro' and 'Playa San Cristobal', it is less than 5 minutes.

A welcome pack, linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided (one set per person per week) and changeover day is flexible, however the villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and entry must be after 4pm to allow for cleaning etc.
