Downstairs there are 2 further double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, 1 bath with bath tub and WC and an additional, completely equipped kitchen. The lounge offers SAT-TV and a sofa corner in front of the open fire-place and several dining tables. The ground floor has a floor space of approx. 160m ², so that you'll find comfortable place even with a larger travel group.

Outside there are approx. 300m² terraces and gardens for sunbatheing and a BBQ/bodega area plus the large private swimming pool of approx. 10 x 5 meters.

There is plenty of parking space right in front of the property and to the beautiful beach of “Playa San Cristobal” it is only a short walk.

Don’t miss to visit all the interesting places in Almunecar: the famous bird park, the moorish castle, the picturesque old part of town with its fashion shops and markets and not to forget the large variety of beaches.

A welcome pack, linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided (one set per person per week) and changeover day is flexible, however the villa must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and entry must be after 4pm to allow for cleaning etc.
