| The holiday villa Casa Velilla in Almuñecar on the Costa del Sol/Costa Tropical in Andalucia offers comfortable place for up to 4 persons. On a floor space of approx. 120m² the holiday villa has 2 bedrooms (1 x double and 1 x twin), 1 comfortable kitchen and 1 large, elegant living-dining room with chimney oven and Sat-TV (English, German and Spanish Sat), as well as 2 baths with shower/WC. From the living-dining room and the large external terraces of approx. 60m² you can enjoy splendid panorama views of the coastal line of the Costa del Sol/Costa Tropical. In the summer months there are mobile air conditioning and standing fans and you will find a shady shady place for relaxing and sun bathing everywhere on the property. On the external terrace there is a private swimming pool, an additional room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a barbecue pavilion with wood fire barbecue and a shady corner for cosy evenings with your friends and family. Casa Velilla is located in an extremely calm, private mansion area, off the tourists crowds and without disturbing traffic noise. Nevertheless, up to the long-stretching beach "Playa de Velilla" in Almunecar it is only about a 10-minutes walk and up to the "Playa del Tesorillo" (photos above) is it perhaps 15 minutes walking distance. Along both beaches you will find numerous cosy restaurants and tapas bars and small food shops for the daily need. To large supermarkets (e.g. Lidl, Mercadona) with many Spanish specialities and a large international offer it is only about 5 minutes by car. For your car there is parking space directly in front of the house. |
