The holiday villa on the Costa Tropical in Andalucia Casa las Flores is located in Almunecar, in a private, quiet mansion area, away from the tourist crowds. On 2 floors with approx. 70m² the holiday villa offers comfortable space for up to 5 persons. Casa las Flores has 3 bedrooms, separated through archways from each other. There is one double-bedroom, one twin and 1 single bedroom with a child's bed. In the cosy living room there is satellite-TV, radio, a dining table, a sofa corner and a pretty bar for sociable evenings. The kitchen has a gas cooker with 4-flames, a baking-oven and a refrigerator with freezer. The washing machine is in an extra room. The bathroom consists of a bath tub, WC and a bidet and there are 2 additional guest-WCs at Casa las Flores. The living room opens to the kitchen and to the terrace from where you have a fantastic view to the Mediterranean and the coastline of the Costa Tropical. The spacious swimming pool on the directly bordering property of the homeowner can be used all around the year and is accessible through the garden. The swimming pool will of course be for your privately use only during whole of your stay and won’t be used by anybody else. The swimming pool is embedded into a wonderful garden with sun couches, a bricked barbecue and a small bar for sociable evenings. Please note that the homeowner has 2 dear Labrador dogs. Up to the beach and to many restaurants and tapas bars it is only about 2 minutes by car and less than a 10 minutes walk. From the garden there are private stairs leading down in direction to the beach. Furthermore to Almunecar town center and the beautiful old town with supermarkets, shops and many interesting sights it is less than 5 minutes by car. You may park your car directly in front of the house. To many places of interests, like for example Granada with its world-famous Alhambra it is only just about one hour drive. |
