This beautiful detached holiday villa Casa Ana in Almunecar on the Costa Tropical in Andalucia is built in charming Andalucian style. It is a two-storey holiday villa and offers generous place for up to 5 persons on approx. 200sqm. There is a double bedroom on each floor and an additional single bedroom on the ground floor. Both floors have spacious terraces with splendid sea view and views to the nearby foothills of the Sierra Nevada which are often covered with snow in winter and offer an amazing view while you are sunbathing on the terraces. Here on the terraces you can often watch dolphins playing in the near sea, or enjoy sociable barbecue evenings in the fantastic sunset. Casa Ana is located in a quiet residential area, away from the tourist crowds and there is only very few traffic here. Nevertheless, it is only approximately 2 mins by car up to the beaches and to Almunecar’s numerous restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The American kitchen has everything you need: a gas-stove, oven and a fridge-freezer as well a a coffe-machine, toaster and a washing machine. The spacious living room and both bedrooms have panorama-windows with phantastic sea view. The holiday villa Casa Ana has two bathrooms, each with shower and WC. Casa Ana supplies satellite-TV and a private garage for your car and there is plenty of additional parking space in front of the property as well. Up to the next beach, the wide-stretching Playa de Velilla in Almunecar on the Costa Tropical in Andalucia, it is only approximately 10 minutes walking distance and to many sights, like for example Granada with its world-famous Alhambra it is barely one hour drive. |
