 This cosy holiday villa Casa La Romantica is located in Almunecar on the Costa Tropical in Andalucia in a quiet, private residential area. You may rent the holiday apartment which stretches over the complete upper floor and offers approx. 70sqm.

Casa La Romantica has a swimming pool and there are 2 bedrooms with space for up to 4 persons. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The comfortable living room has satellite-TV (Astra and Eutelsat) and a stereo with CD-player.

The kitchen has a microwave, gas stove and oven, refrigerator and washing machine. In the bathroom there is a bath tub and a bidet.

The living room opens to the large terrace with beautiful views to the Mediterranean and the beaches of Almunecar.

For your car there is plenty of parking space directly in front of the house.

Up to the next beach, the Playa de Velilla with its fine-pebbly sand and many typical tapas bars and international restaurants, it is only approxi. 10 minutes walking distance.

To many sights in Andalucia and the Costa Tropical, like for example Granada with its world-famous Alhambra it is barely one hour drive.

Location:
The Costa Tropical is the eastern part of the Costa del Sol, south of Granada, and stretches from Nerja to Motril. This part of the coast with North Africa on one side and the Sierra Nevada on the other side is superbly sheltered against the cold European north winds. Because of the subtropical climate with 320 days of sunshine throughout the year, the climate is ideal for "summer holidays" even in winter.

Directions:
The nearest airport is Malaga Airport (about 1 hour by car), but also Almeria and Granada are an option. A car is recommended and car hire can be arranged.
