 picturesque beach | The pretty and comfortably furnished holiday apartments in Almunecar on the Costa Tropical "Vista Mar" and "Las Palmeras" in Andalucia are situated in a beautiful holiday-residence, just built in 1998. The holiday apartments are located in a quiet residential area in Almunecar and from virtually every point of the property you can enjoy the beautiful sea view and to the extensive beach Playa de Velilla or to more beautiful Playa del Tesorillo in Almunecar (shown on the picture above) it is only about 10-15 minutes walking distance. There, you will also find many cosy restaurants and typical Spanish tapas bars. Each of the two holiday apartments has got its own, separated entrance and an individual sunbathe-terrace. The larger apartment "Vista Mar" offers, with 2 bedrooms, place for 4 persons and the smaller holiday-apartment "Las Palmeras" is optimally suitable for 2 persons and offers 1 bedrooms. For further guests, there is a comfortable sofa-bed in each apartment in addition. Of course, each holiday-apartment owns satellite-TV, central-heating, an individual bath with bathtub, WC and bidet and a comfortably equipped american kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and coffee machine. The extensive garden of approximately 1.300m², with swimming pool, shady arcade, pool side sun beds and barbecue offers plenty of space for relaxing leisure-hours, refreshment and perfect recreation. For your car, there are parking facilities on the enclosed terrain, or in front of the property. To Almunecar town center of with all its shops, restaurants and supermarkets and to the romantic old part of Almunecar it is only about 5 minutes by car and to many sights, like for example Granada with its world-famous Alhambra it is only barely one hour drive. |
