Casa Luna is located absolutely quietly on an approximately 1000m² nature-plot in Almunecar on the Costa del Sol in Andalucia. The complete upper floor of the recently built villa is rented and a spacious, heatable swimming-pool of 5 x 10 meters is available. The spacious holiday apartment of approximately 100m² is equipped with light, fashionable furniture and designed in friendly colours and offers central-heating. Casa Luna offers place for up to 5 adults and 2 toddlers. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms with double beds and for another guest, there is a comfortable sofa-bed. 2 baby-beds may be supplied on enquiry as well. The well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, modern stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer and microwave opens to the spacious, bright living area. The modern bathroom has a bathtub, WC and a washing machine. For relaxing evenings, there is a modern chimney-oven and satellite-TV in the living room. 2 further guests find place in the associated, rustic and simple equipped "Cortijo Luna". This small Andalucian-style holiday apartment has its separated entrance, a living room with double bed, seat-corner and open fireplace, an individual, small kitchen, bath with shower and WC, just as a private terrace with terrace-furniture and barbecue. Parking space for your car is directly in front of the villa. The upper apartment is only occasionally used privately by the homeowner, but it has a separated entrance so you can feel completely undisturbed. From the beach you reach Casa Luna over relatively steep drives which are partially still uncovered. Up to the next beach, it is only about 10 minutes by car and to many sights, like for example Granada with its world-famous Alhambra is only one hour driving time. |
